APPLICATION PROCEDURE AND CHECK LIST

Please consult the following procedures (where applicable) in order to ensure a complete submission.

If you are a foreign national holding a foreign passport you may be required to provide additional documentation to travel to the country you have chosen for your program.

Although T&E offers informational support, it will be the sole responsibility of the participant to determine what documents are needed and to obtain those documents prior to departure.

If you are under the age of 18, in order for you to take part in a T&E HS program there will need to be a chaperone present. For students who require a T&E chaperone, T&E does not guarantee official acceptance until an appropriate chaperone has been assigned. T&E chaperone assignments are based on a review of the group rosters for the current year for minimum participation, the date of the chosen program and the location of the participant. The chances for chaperone confirmation increase during the months of July and August.
